Great Leadership, Great Program, Great Opportunity

The KIDZVILLE program has experienced a lot of changes over the past year.  With another leadership change, the Team Leaders have all confidently stepped up and done a great job keeping the program running without any major issues.  That cannot be said of all programs that have gone such drastic changes in such short periods of times.

However, these leaders (as good as they are) cannot run the program alone and that's where the teachers, helpers and yet-to-be teachers and helpers need to step up and lend a hand in a kid's program that (in my opinion) is one of the best out there.  The kids at The LIFE Centre have the opportunity to learn about God, His Word and how to live in a world that is falling apart as we speak.  The great part about this whole program is the people who volunteer to make it happen every week.  I want to encourage each of you that already help out, to continue to press forward and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ to these kids.  For those of you that haven't yet had the privilege to serve, please consider being a valuable strength of an already wonderful team of leaders, teachers and helpers.  You will not regret it and you might even have fun doing it.

KIDZVILLE Update

Hey everyone!

I just want to make you aware that with our new program we are going to have regular newsletters that will come out to you periodically to update you with stuff that is happening in our KIDZVILLE program.  Within that newsletter will be information about current programs, memory verses and themes as well as upcoming ideas that we may have.  As always, we desire your input as this is a TEAM effort.  We are all working towards the same goal of leading children to relationship with Jesus Christ.

Other items of interest in these newsletters will be a calendar with highlighted events for our KIDZVILLE program, Plan 2 Protect information (to ensure that our children, team and church are safely protected), highlighted areas (ie. The PURPLE Group) and comments and ideas from you.  We want you to have a voice in our program as you are the ones that know it best.  

Please give us your feedback on how useful you find the KIDZVILLE Update in order for us to make it as effective as possible in communicating information.  Thanks for all you do!

Craft Supplies

KIDZVILLE Team Members please note:

Many extra craft supplies are available at the Ministry Centre for use in your classrooms. They can be picked up during regular Office hours or at special request to Pastor Dean. Please let your team leader  or Dean know of any special requests for supplies that either run out quickly or have not been supplied yet that you need or regularly require for your class.

If you find that the Craft bin supplies are getting low, please let Cynthia Charlebois (Craft Team Leader) or Pastor Dean know as soon as possible so that we can get them replaced.  We want to make sure that you have the tools and supplies that you need to do an awesome job.
